Call for Papers – VibeKode Conference 2026

Dear speakers, developers, and Vibe Coding pioneers,

We’re excited to announce the first VibeKode Conference, taking place alongside MLcon in Munich from June 23rd to 26th, 2026 – a shared space where the worlds of machine learning and modern AI-assisted software development meet.

VibeKode is the gathering for those who don’t just talk about Vibe Coding, but build real things with it.

If you’ve built real-world projects using Vibe Coding or agentic systems, we’d love to hear your story. Whether you’ve developed production-grade software, created prototypes with measurable impact, or explored new ways of collaborating with AI agents, your experience belongs on our stage.

We’re specifically looking for speakers who:

1. Have hands-on experience implementing Vibe Coding in actual projects

2. Can share insights, lessons learned, and honest reflections – including what didn’t work

3. Want to inspire others to apply Vibe Coding in meaningful, practical ways

Our four Conference Tracks

1. Vibe Coding: From Prompt to Prototype to Production

How ideas turn into working software through AI-assisted coding – from initial prompt to production-ready system.

2. Agentic Engineering: Structured AI Teams and Spec-Driven Development

Designing and managing multi-agent software teams that are reliable, auditable, and human-controlled.

3. Connecting AI: MCP, Integration & Intelligent Infrastructure

Integrating LLMs and AI agents into enterprise systems using the Model Context Protocol, focusing on security, interoperability, and compliance.

4. Human in the Loop: People, Skills & Culture

Enabling effective collaboration between humans and AI agents through new roles, skills, and organizational practices.

Submission Guidelines

Call for Papers Deadline: January 14th 2026

Platform: via our ConfTool submission system callforpapers.sandsmedia.com

In the “Information for the Organizer” field, please specify your target audience:

  • newcomers seeking practical insights
  • practitioners with project experience
  • experts looking for deep technical discussion

We strongly recommend submitting proposals by 8 December 2025.

Early submissions increase the chance of being included in the program and enable us to better coordinate topics. Later submissions will only be considered if slots are still available after the initial selection.

We’re curating a program that balances technical depth, honesty, and inspiration. Talks that convey real practical value – both successes and failures – will be prioritized.
