Agentic Development teaches you to design structured systems of intelligent agents that can plan, decide, and adapt under human guidance. It’s the next step beyond automation — where developers shape autonomous software teams that work transparently, safely, and in harmony with human goals.

This track addresses how to safely deploy, operate, and observe AI-accelerated software changes. You will explore policy-aware CI/CD quality gates, risk-based testing, supply chain controls, LLM inference observability, evaluation frameworks (evals), FinOps cost tracking, and incident recovery strategies.

This track focuses on culture, leadership, and human-agent workflows. You will learn how to redefine engineering roles, manage approval fatigue, align metrics to product outcomes rather than lines of code, establish internal AI governance policies, and manage total cost of ownership (TCO).
